    The extraordinary piece of earth close to Africa’s tip, on which our Chardonnay vines grow, contributes to this unique wine. This wine has a mouth-watering citrus fruit taste with hints of oak and richness that fills the palate.

    Appropriately named after Jan-Hendrik, Jr. and wife Lindi’s daughter, this wine will age with strength and elegance.

    Tasting Notes:

    This Chardonnay exudes ripe tropical fruit notes, dried peaches and charming hints of butterscotch and toffee. The wine is soft in the mouth, shows citrus on the mid palate and a lingering finish of lemon drops with a fine trace of oak.

    Food pairing

    Our cooler climate Chardonnay pairs well with a creamy mushroom chicken dish and rich soups.

    Delicate red berries, fine herbs and fragrant notes of violet. Dark cherry skins and light spicy perfumes on the palate allow the earthy notes to gain lift. This wine will benefit from decanting.

    Shellfish, salmon, Duck, Chicken & Turkey with fried, roast or grilled herbs. Pork, Pasta & risotto. Creamy bleu, parmesan, middle aged Gouda & creamy brie cheeses are all great companions.

    This Spanish varietal has found a...


    This Spanish varietal has found a new home along the Cape’s Coast which brings out the beauty in it. Lovely aromas and flavours of black fruit, with hints of leather and sweet spice. Refreshing on the palate, lingering on the finish.

    The name Tempranillo comes from Temprana which means early and Tempranillo has the tendency to ripen early.

    Tasting Notes:

    Black current and dark cherries, complimented on the pallet by a nutty, spicy flavour which evolves onto savoury notes. Refreshing, with a lingering finish.

    Perfect for any time, any moment. Serve lightly chilled on a hot summer’s day and enjoy with anything meat.
